Awarded a $600,000 grant from the state of Maryland Community Legacy Program to assist The Sanctuary at Kingdom Square in their efforts to improve and restore the visual appeal and condition of the exterior facade of the Kingdom Square Shopping Center (formerly Hampton Mall).
Sponsored a First-time Homebuyer’s Seminar.
Facilitated the sale of the Kingdom Square Shopping Center and purchase of The Sanctuary church property at 5300 Crain Highway, Upper Marlboro, MD, 20772.
Established a Grant Fiscal Agent partnership with the Prince George's County Office of Community Relations to facilitate, track, and monitor County community projects.

Conducted community demographic, programmatic, and needs assessments to identify and facilitate future opportunities to serve.
Developed Givelify mechanism of online contributions to the Central Gateway Community Development Corporation.
Partnered with the federal government Choose Healthy Life (CHL)/Leadership Council for Healthy Communities (LCHC) Grant Program to:
1. Identify unvaccinated individuals and provide them with the information, support, and access they needed to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
2. Build relationships in the community within the CDC/church's existing network and beyond through a combination of outreach activities.
